These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FastAfter50 app and website, operated by Big Bulldog UK Ltd (trading as Cambrian Digital), Company No. 15946705, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using FastAfter50, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

FastAfter50 is an intermittent fasting companion app designed for adults aged 50 and over. It provides fasting schedules, tracking tools, and educational guides to support a healthy fasting routine.

FastAfter50 is not a medical service. The content in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, or have any concerns about your health.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use FastAfter50. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must not share your account with anyone else
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

4. Free trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, access to premium features will be paused unless you subscribe.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• FastAfter50 is available on a monthly subscription (£6.99/month) or annual subscription (£59.99/year)
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@cambriandigital.co.uk
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try FastAfter50 before committing to a paid subscription. If you have been charged and believe this was in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@cambriandigital.co.uk and we will review your request. We are not obliged to provide refunds outside of this window, but we will always try to be fair.

7. Health disclaimer and extended fasting

FastAfter50 includes extended fasting schedules (24 hours and above). These are made available only after you have completed three successful 24-hour fasts within the app, and only after you have confirmed that you understand and accept the additional health risks involved.

Extended fasting carries real risks including dizziness, low blood sugar, dehydration, and electrolyte imbalance. We strongly recommend consulting a GP before attempting any fast of 24 hours or longer. By using extended fasting features, you accept full responsibility for your own health decisions.

We accept no liability for any health outcomes arising from use of the app. FastAfter50 is a tool to support your own decisions — not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

9. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and materials within FastAfter50 are owned by Big Bulldog UK Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Bulldog UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of FastAfter50. Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, free from errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time, though we will aim to give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
